I’ve always had an insatiable curiosity for connecting with others. I embrace it as an opportunity to learn and grow.
Born and raised in France, I worked in London for twelve years before calling Switzerland my home in 2010.
As a proud mother of two girls, ages 20 and 6, I’ve navigated the joys and challenges that come with living a big life. My deepest challenges have grown my resilience and intensified my mission: bringing meaning and humanity to today’s business world.

What I Bring To The Table
I climbed the corporate ladder to become Executive Director at Edmond de Rothschild. I worked as Head of Change for the International Private Bank leading multi-million CHF transformation projects and rolling-out international internal communication and employee engagement strategies.
In 2020, following a personal tragedy, I felt a strong calling to start my own consultancy. I developed an Executive Performance and Communication system that combines my twenty-year corporate career in Finance with my training in non-violent communication (NVC), New Code Neuro-Linguistic Programming and the inspiring Map of Meaning.
The international response to this system has been remarkable!
